HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Australia - After order processing, it takes 4-7 Business days (in some cases faster)

Our Carriers We currently work with three Australian based shipping carriers to provide the most efficient delivery service to our customers nationwide. Australia Post eParcel Orders that weigh 22kgs or less (inclusive of metric volume weight) will be dispatched with Australia Post Standard Delivery. No Safe Drop If you know in advance that you're not going to be home when Australia Post delivers your order, and you stipulated in your order comments Do Not Safe Drop, Australia Post will leave a Missed Delivery card at your front door or inside your mailbox. The Missed Delivery card will advise that you can pick up your order at your nearest Post Office outlet. Yes Safe Drop If you know in advance that you're not going to be home when Australia Post delivers your daily mail, and you leave in your order comments that its safe to Safe Drop, we will mark the outside of your package "Safe To Drop". Fastway Couriers For orders that weigh 22kgs or less (inclusive of metric volume weight) and the final shipping cost is less than Australia Post rates, we will dispatched your order with Fastway Couriers. Fastway Couriers do not accept PO BOX shipping addresses, so please be sure to provide your full residential address or, if you know you won't be home in time for the delivery you can use your work address instead. To track your order with Fastway Couriers, please visit Fastway Couriers and use the consignment tracking number you received. TOLL Logistics Bulky orders that weigh more than 20kgs but less than 30kgs (inclusive of metric volume weight) are shipped with TOLL Logistics. TOLL does not accept PO BOX shipping addresses, so please be sure to provide your full residential address or, if you know in advance that you won't be home for the delivery you can use your work address instead. You can track your order anytime using Toll Logistics Please be aware that if you fail to provide a deliverable shipping address this will unnecessarily delay the dispatch of your order.

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please refer back to your original Order Confirmation email and click "View Order" to find the tracking number. Click on the tracking number and it will show you the tracking update of your parcel. 
You will also receive a Tracking Update email within 2 business days with the same tracking number.  Click on that number to see the tracking or copy and paste your tracking number into Australia / New Zealand Post to view the progress of your parcel.
Please note that when your parcel is in customs, there may not be an update until it is handed over to your postal service. Refer back to tracking after a few days.
